Conference Schedule

Conference check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.

Welcome Reception at 6:30 p.m.

First session begins Friday at 7:30 p.m.

Final session ends Sunday at 12:00 p.m.

Registration Information

The conference fee is $475.00 per couple and covers two nights’ lodging*, self-parking, a Friday evening reception, breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, dinner on Saturday night**, the speakers, the music, and your conference materials.

A $75.00 nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit is required to reserve a space at the conference. Final payments are due Sunday, September 25.Any money paid above the $75.00 deposit can be refunded, as long as cancellation is received prior to September 25. After September 25, all money paid is nonrefundable.

*Most rooms will be kings or doubles, with a few exceptions. All rooms are nonsmoking. Exact accommodations will be determined by the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis.

What to Bring

You will need your Bible and a pen. Optional items include a camera and extra funds for additional meals, valet parking, and other activities. The dress code for the weekend is casual, but we encourage you to dress up for the Saturday evening dinner.
